Revamped Global Finance System

Dear Members,

A good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow, hence in-order to initiate the regime of planning our markets and structuring the processes, we have laid down some additional parameters to govern the major business activities. The same are explained below for your guidance:

  1. Fund Transfers

Beginning now, all the interwallet fund transfer services (cross-line, downline or upline) have been halted. The same has been necessitated to facilitate easy finance management as well as to avoid fraudulent transactions.

  2. Cross Border Transactions (CBT)

    - Crossline or third party sales of USD eVouchers are possible within the same country (except for India).

    - Cross border transactions can be facilitated as long as the new sign up is placed in downline of the originating account.

    - Use of vouchers and wallet is not allowed in restricted countries even if the new account is to be placed in the downline of the voucher’s or wallet's originating account. This is in accordance with our Cross Border Policy as announced earlier. Also be informed that we have added Kazakhstan, South Korea and United States to our list of restricted countries which is as follows:

    India
    Mongolia
    United States
    Indonesia
    Malaysia
    Philippines
    Kazakhstan
    South Korea
    Russia
    Bangladesh
    South Africa

It is also to be noted that we have disallowed placement of any international positions from restricted countries. Should you have prospects in other countries willing to join your group, the positions should be placed from their respective countries.

    - Use of vouchers from restricted countries to another countries (except for India and other restricted countries) is permissible.

  3. Account Verification

In order to thwart the online fraudulent activities, we have amended the backoffice in such a manner that now all accounts will have to first undergo Document Verification process before they can be get access to Financial Manager, Booking Manager and eVouchers sections. If at any point of time, it is discovered that the information furnished for verification purpose has been tampered with; all the user accounts pertaining to the defaulter shall be terminated.

  4. Document Verification

To get your account Verified, furnish one of your certified photo ID’s which shows your full official name, current address and DOB (Date Of Birth). If a document doesn’t suffice all the criteria, then you may also add more documents and combine them to make a file which should not exceed the maximum file size limit of 5 MB. Also make sure that the uploaded document(s) are colored scanned copies of the original documents.

Please be informed that it is mandatory to upload both your ID proof as well as your address proof to get your account verified. Any insufficient information or incorrect document would lead to rejection.

To upload a document in your backoffice, follow the steps as given below:

Backoffice > Profile > Status > Upload File

  5. New Signups through eWallet Payments or eVouchers.

One would not be able to use an eWallet for a new sign up if the eWallet account in use is not verified by our Verification Department. The same is true for ID placements made through eVouchers also.

Please be informed that all existing vouchers of unverified owners in our system can not be used until and unless the voucher owner gets verified. Hence, it is mandatory for all users to get your account Verified before you can gain any financial benefits.

Feel free to contact us at anytime, should you have any queries.

Sincerely,
