In continuation to our previous announcements about revamped Global/Indian backoffice systems, we would like emphasize and reiterate a few things for your better understanding of the new system in place. Please cruise through the pointers as given below:
- Financial Transactions
- Fund Transfer - As announced, we have disabled all sorts of inter-wallet funds transfer services for all types of accounts (USD/INR) and the same will remain active until any further updates.
- eVouchers
- Indian System
- USD Vouchers - USD vouchers from the old Indian accounts cannot be used for registrations in India. However, one can use them for placement of international downlines apart from the restricted countries. Please refer to the list of restricted countries as provided in the next section of this announcement.
- INR Vouchers - INR Vouchers can be used for registration of Indian accounts only. Crossline or third party use of eVouchers has been barred and is not allowed in India.
- Global System
- Use of eVoucher(s) by Cross-line or Third Party within the same country is allowed.
- Cross border evoucher/wallet transactions are allowed if the new sign up is placed in the voucher owner's downline.
- International eVoucher transactions for placements in restricted countries is not allowed even if the new account is to be placed in downline of the voucher owner.
- Using a restricted country account’s evoucher in any other country (apart from India) is permissible as long as the new sign up is being placed in the originating account’s downline.
- Fund Transfer - As announced, we have disabled all sorts of inter-wallet funds transfer services for all types of accounts (USD/INR) and the same will remain active until any further updates.
- Restricted Countries
In order to thwart fraudulent activities and illicit financial transactions, we have disallowed flow of funds from other countries to restricted countries. This step has been taken in the best interest of our distributors in these countries and worldwide. However, this still doesn’t stop one from spreading out and creating bigger global networks. All it does is protect YOU!
For your reference, following is the list of restricted countries:

Mongolia
United States
Indonesia
Malaysia
Philippines
Kazakhstan
South Korea
Russia
Bangladesh
South Africa
- Document Uploading and Processing Time
Due to a temporary hitch, there was a problem in uploading documents with size bigger than 1024 KB. Please be informed that the issue has now been resolved and now you can upload your documents with ease. Also, while uploading the file, please make sure that your file is of size as accepted by our system and that you have selected the correct file type. FYI, we have upgraded the file size limit from 5 MB to 10 MB.
P.S. – The turnaround time for all document verifications is 72 business hours; however due to the recent change in finance system, we are receiving thousands of documents every hour and our teams are working hard to ensure they all get processed at its earliest. We seek your cooperation and patience in ensuring correct and timely approval of all documents and do assure you that the processing time would be matched to 72 hours within this week.
